The KNIGHTS 97 is a high-level competitive soccer team in Sunnyvale, California and is part of Sunnyvale Alliance Soccer Club.
KNIGHTS 97 was formed in the Spring of 2006 as a U8 Boys Competitive team. Head Coach David Natwick and Coach Roldan Fojas started together as coaches in SASC's Rec program. The team was formed and was placed in the top flight in Division III. In 2008, the KNIGHTS 97 have brought on more coaching staff which combined has over 20 years of coaching experience. We focus on developing the player's technical areas, physical conditioning, and most importantly, teamwork. One of our biggest achievements is making sure the players enjoy the game. The players want to come to practices and play as a team in their games.

2011: Competed in the CCSL Division
2010: Competed in the CCSL Silver Division
2009; Class 3, "A" Division tied for 2nd place
2008; Sunnyvale Medina Fall Classic Tournament, 3rd place
2008; Class 3 "A" Division Champions
2007; Class 3, top team in District 2 Jamboree Tournament
2007; Class 3, was selected to move to Division I, decided to stay in Class 3 another season
2006; Class 3, played in Red Division / Top Flight, took 4th
2006; Los Gatos Tournament, took First in the Competitive U9 Division. The KNIGHTS 97 played up
2005; Top Team in Rec U8 Boys with a 10-0 record out of 23 teams
2004; Top Team in Rec U8 Boys
The KNIGHTS 97 plays in the Fall and Spring seasons. During the summer break, the KNIGHTS 97 attend a soccer camp held by one of the most recognized camps, Crewe Alexandra FC out of England, UK. The players on the KNIGHTS 97 have won more awards than any other team at the Crewe Camp.
